Well aren't these a delight! This complete card of 36 blue plastic bows truly is a joy to witness. 

Dating to around the 1950/60's, these blue clips measure 4.5cm in length.

They are marked as Made in England. At the top of the card it says 'Stay Tight Clasp Cannot Fall Out' and 'Wear a Pair to Match Each Dress' at the bottom.
